Once again we are experiencing one of those periodic outbursts of hysteria from Malvern's very own anti-canine ayatollahs. As the portfolio holder responsible for community health and well-being at Malvern Hills District Council, may I once again make the point that if they spent a fraction of the time and effort they expend writing to the Gazette on the subject providing Paul Hine, our dog warden, with some reliable evidence regarding persistent offenders, we might actually make some real progress.
Without the co-operation of the public we will never be in a position to name and shame.
