WHAT a lot of nonsense about dogs!
Dogs are fine noble creatures who can be of inestimable value to mankind.
They can also be dangerous, vicious disease spreaders.
The determining factor is the owner of the dog, the human. Never, ever blame a dog for its behaviour, for that is the responsibility of the owner.
It is, therefore, the owner who should be criticised, disparaged and fined when a dog is a nuisance or danger to the public. Dogs running free or wild should be impounded and destroyed if not claimed within a certain time.
Owners of dogs which are a nuisance should be reported to the police and appropriately dealt with.
Surely, there is nothing more to be said on the matter!
