WORCESTER Nomads 1st XI entertained Netherton in a WCL division two fixture and won by nine wickets on Saturday.

Nomads' bowlers shot out Netherton for 102. Ben Schiffman ripped through the batsmen and finally took 7-31.
Andy Leach, Paul Gardner and Danny Rees knocked-off the runs with ease.
WORCESTER NOMADS III V NETHERTON III
NOMADS Thirds played Netherton Thirds at home and ended up winning by 200 runs.
Put in to bat, Nomads were struggling at 31-2 but Matt Humphreys (41), Tom Longley (63) and Gerry Kelly (33) steadied the ship.
The finale was still too come, Nick Williams came in and within 10 overs he scored 106no. This enabled Nomads to declare on 285-6 off 42 overs.
Netherton never really got going and lost wickets at regular intervals, being bowled out for just 85.
Paul Ranscombe 3-17, Nic Lloyd 2-22 and Anton Madzarevic 5-9 did the damage.
