SHIPSTON actor David Wynne is making his debut in Stratford in a special performance of a Shakespeare play in the garden of one of the town's historic houses.
Falcon Productions are staging The Merry Wives of Windsor in the gardens of Hall's Croft from June 15 to 19 and 22 to 25.
Mr Wynne plays Sir John Falstaff, while the two wives are Ruthie Copeman and Val Mitchell. Five members of the Muldoon family from Leamington Spa (father Paul, with children Mark, Lee, Becky and Molly) are among the cast of 18 local actors.
The director is Kate Guest and local composer Reg Mitchell has composed incidental music.
