THE 37th annual meeting was held on May 27, when officers and committee were re-elected - chairman Graham Kiteley, vice-chair and press officer Von Stewart, secretary Gwen Jones, treasurer Bob Drew, committee Moira Brown, Ann Norman and Bob Polfreman. Alison Osborne resigned from committee after several years' service.
Among members present were president Beryl Chempin and her husband Peter Gilroy-Bevan. An American supper and social time followed the business agenda.
Tomorrow at Holy Innocents community hall, Kidderminster, at 7.30pm, a group of members will pay tribute to Len Hughes, a long-serving member who died last year. They will relate their memories of Len, and play appropriate recordings.
Non-members will be welcome at the evening, which begins at 7.30pm.
