IT was with disbelief that I read the letter from Mandep Sohal Rice concerning the Sunday morning Priory bells (Your Letters, June 3).
The Priory and its bells have been in Malvern for an awful long time, a little longer than Mr Rice, and I assume he would have been aware there were churches in the vicinity when he moved to Court Road?
I would guess that probably 90 per cent of UK residents, either active or passive, are Christian - some minority indeed! We do indeed live in a multi-faith society, which requires all of us to show respect to others.
