A 65-year-old walking 600 miles across Britain is challenging other grannies to join her when she passes through Malvern.
Beryl Griffiths left Lowestoft, in Suffolk, last month and plans to reach St David's Head, in Pembrokeshire, in July.
Her epic coast-to-coast walk, or Granny Trek, will take in 12 counties and raise £60,000 for a Bristol children's hospice.
Malvern Hills Footpath Society has planned Beryl's route from Stratford-Upon-Avon, through Malvern and Ledbury and on to Hereford.
Spokesman Tom Clapton said: "It's quite an undertaking and I hope people will come out and cheer her on."
Walking with her dogs Rudi and Fritz, Beryl will leave Welland Lodge with local walkers on Monday, June 27, passing through Barnards Green and Great Malvern between 1pm and 2pm. The following day, local grandmas are asked to join her on a five-mile walk, leaving St Andrew's Church, Poolbrook Road, at 10am
"It's an easy, level walk. Beryl would love as many people as possible to join her," said Mr Clapton.
Beryl, who has already raised more than £20,000 for the Charlton Farm Children's Hospice, is averaging around ten miles a day, spending nights in a camper van driven by a friend. She will reach the halfway point shortly after leaving Ledbury.
Her husband Tony, also a keen walker but forced to stay at home after a heart bypass operation, said: "She's very tired but in good spirits and the dogs are doing well. No doubt she'll reach you on the proper day."
Donations to Granny Trek can be made to Natwest account number 78044472, sort code 600327. For details about joining the Malvern circular walk, call 01684 562883.
