SWIMMER Jamie Mackay claimed his second British record during the GB Masters event in Scotland.
The 20-year-old from Hunt End bagged the 1500m freestyle 19-24 age group record at the Glasgow competition. The Coventry University student bagged two golds and a silver during the course of the day, 12 months after taking the 800m freestyle record.
Mackay, who swims for both Redditch and City of Coventry, is now concentrating on open water events and took third in the opening round of the British Grand Prix at the weekend, an event staged at London's Albert Dock.
The next round is at the end of the month in Weymouth.
