REDDITCH police have had an application to use anti-social behaviour legislation in Greenlands granted.
Redditch Council has approved the application for the Section 30 Dispersal Order which starts on Friday and runs for six months.
Community support officer Sharon Jones said: 'The order will give police the powers to disperse groups of two or more people and to return those under 16 to their homes if they're unsupervised in a public place after 9pm.
'We've had several complaints over recent months from residents concerned about noise levels, damage to property and vehicles, underage drinking, litter and graffiti.'
