THERE seems to be no stopping Cookhill at the moment as they strengthened the place at the top of Division Six with a sixth successive victory.
Broadway 2nds were the latest side to feel the full force of the Ridgeway side and Cookhill had little trouble in maintaining their 100 per cent record, cruising to a comfortable 10-wicket victory.
A much improved bowling and fielding performance enabled Cookhill to bowl the visitors out for just 70 in 29.4 overs, Simon Edmunds leading the way with 3-26 while Andy Fennell chipped in with 3-15.
But the highlight was a superb diving catch on the boundary by Roger Smith.
Openers Billy Harris (28 no) and Billy Gill (38 no) took just 15.4 overs to reach the target.
