KIDDERMINSTER Golf Club's Scott Mason won the June Medal competition with an impressive gross score of 67.
Playing off four gave him a nett score of 63 and his revised handicap is now three.

Kevin Roderick and Alison Garth won the Mixed Open at Bewdley Pines Golf Club.
Alan and Joan Wallader were in second place and Luke John and Gill Godfrey third.

CLEOBURY MORTIMER
Cleobury Mortimer's Jon Jones, together with Dean Sadler, will take on Mark Taylor and Paul Hardwick (Trent Lock) in The Lombard Trophy Midlands regional finals at Whittington Heath Golf Club next Thursday.
Professional Jones, 27, has been at Cleobury for 11 years while amateur Sadler, who lives in Kidderminster, won his club qualifying round with a nett score of 69. He has been playing golf for six years and plays off a handicap of seven.

Robin Young won the Senior Medal just one point nett ahead of Graham Meredith and Michael Bond.
