A public inquiry into some of the most controversial planning issues affecting Malvern was postponed this week.
The inspector conducting the inquiry, John Macbryde, was taken ill but is expected to resume work on Tuesday (June 21).
The inquiry will look at objections to Malvern Hills District Council's Local Plan.
This week it was due to hear submissions on Ryall and Holly Green (Tuesday), Malvern Town Football Club's site on Langlands Avenue (Wednesday), land off Eastward Avenue (Thursday) and Stanbrook Abbey, Callow End (Friday).
Tuesday's hearing has been rescheduled to June 22, Wednesday's to July 28, and Friday's to June 24. No date has yet been fixed for Thursday's hearing.
Among the issues it will be considering in coming weeks is a plan by Persimmon Homes to develop Hayslan Fields, behind Pickersleigh Road.
