AN improved 42 bus service should stop at the new health centre in Sandy's Road, Malvern, from September.
Worcestershire County Council is due to award the new contract for the service today (Friday).
It will mean patients can travel to the doctor's by bus when the Avenue Road Surgery moves into the new centre at the end of the year. The bus will also stop at Seaford Court when the new Malvern hospital is built.
The 44 bus, from Malvern to County Hall, could also be extended to provide a direct service to Worcestershire Royal Hospital from September.
