More than £30,000 was raised for St Richard's Hospice by competitors on a 31-mile walk.
Ninety-eight people followed the route of the Worcestershire Way, setting off from Bewdley early last Friday and arrived in Malvern many hours later.
Among them was foot-care specialist Jenny Jones, of Leigh Sinton, who hopes to have raised between £500 and £750.
Tricia Cavell, the hospice's fundraising director, also took part in the walk.
She said: "It was very tiring but there was a great team spirit. It was the best single day of fundraising we've ever had."
The money will help pay for the new £5.25million hospice serving people with life-threatening illnesses in Worcestershire.
