POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a collision involving a woman driver and a male pedestrian.
The incident occurred near the Bird in the Hand Pub, in Earls Common Road, Stock-wood, near Droitwich on Saturday, June 18 at 1.30am.
The injured man was taken to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, where he was treated for non life-threatening injuries. The female driver was arrested 50 minutes later at an address in Rous Lench on suspicion of drunken driving and failing to stop after an accident.
She was bailed to return to Worcester Police Station while enquiries continue.
