A WORCESTERSHIRE manufacturer is hoping to open new doors with a £10m expansion programme.
Upton-upon-Severn-based Permadoor, which makes composite doors, has signed a lease on a new factory in Spring Lane, Malvern.
It hopes the investment will create new job opportunities and double its production capacity.
Since introducing the first composite door as an alternative to wood or UPVC 16 years ago, Permadoor has gone from strength to strength supplying exterior doors to the social housing and DIY markets.
The new factory will house facilities for pressing all door leaf styles.
