A SPATE of car crimes in Redditch has seen Winyates as its latest target, with 16 cars broken into in a single night.
Shawbury Close, Tillington Close and Mainstone Close were among the areas targeted by car thieves overnight between Thursday and Friday.
Redditch police sergeant Neil Billingham said cars were damaged and a number of items were stolen in the raids.
Vans containing power tools have also been targeted in the Astwood Bank area, with five raids in the last four days.
