A 63-YEAR-old Studley man has been banned from making bogus and abusive phone calls to the emergency services.
Terence Banner (pictured), of Allen Close, was issued with a Criminal Antisocial Behaviour Order (CRASBO) after being found guilty of falsely calling out police, fire and ambulance crews and then refusing assistance.
The court order also prevents Banner from being verbally or physically abusive to staff from the emergency services, including call handlers.
Banner was issued the three-year CRASBO at Mid-Warwickshire Magistrates in Leamington Spa last month and could face imprisonment if he breaches the order.
