THIEVES damaged a van in Crabbs Cross and stole thousands of pounds of tools.
The theft happened while the white-panel van was parked off Banners Lane between 5pm on Tuesday, June 14 and 7.30am the next day.
About £3,000 worth of tools were stolen, including an electric tester, a Matabo jigsaw, a Proline disc cutter and a Makita hand drill.
