STUDLEY manager Kevin Rowlands says he is delighted to have tied up the deal to bring in Andy Smith from Solihull as player-coach for next season.
The former Redditch United, Evesham United, RC Warwick and Stratford Town right-back, once offered professional terms by Torquay United, made a handful of appearances for the Bees following Solihull's relegation from the Southern League Premier Division last season. And he has agreed to make his move permanent.
The 34-year-old has recruited ex-Kiddy Harrier Mark Wolesly for the Bees.
