PLANS to convert a Winyates bungalow into a home for people with learning difficulties have been re-submitted, despite residents' objections. An application to house four people in the five-bedroom Hentland Close property was earlier refused after a number of objections. The new plans include details of how the home near Roman Way First School would be run.
