UPTON-upon-Severn based Leslie Law was in dominant mood at the Parklands Audi Syde Park one-day event near Cheltenham.
The reigning Olympic three-day event champion had three rides in the top open intermediate section and took all into the top five.
Law's winning ride was Keith Scott's highly promising Coup De Coeur, who finished third at the Kentucky three-day event in America last April when Law ranked him as a "Beijing prospect".
"This was Coup de Coeur's first run since Kentucky and he was on very good form and very full of himself," said Law's fiance Trina Lightwood, the force behind his Worcestershire yard.
"Leslie was very pleased with his dressage test and he then jumped clear over what he ranked as a fairly straightforward course for the more experienced horses. Coup de Coeur will now go to the new Barbury Castle International in Wiltshire next month."
Law also finished third on 15-year-old Shear H20, winner of team silver at the Sydney Olympics, and fifth on Another Garrison, second at the Sansaw Park CIC** earlier this month and making a comeback to top form.
Law also finished fifth in an intermediate section on another hot prospect, Kif D'Estruval, who he rides for well known racing owner John Hales.
The Olympic medallist continued his good form in the novice sections, where he scored a win on the ultra-consistent six-year-old Perryfields Hugh and a creditable fourth position on Prairie Monarch.
"Leslie also finished third on the pre-novice ride Take it 2 The Limit, a five- year-old French bred stallion," added Lightwood. "He was very pleased with this horse and said he was like a machine cross-country."
Broadway-based four-star international Erica Watson was also in good form in the open intermediate section, where she finished sixth on Modern Jazz and eighth on Serving Time.
Modern Jazz was having his first outing since last month's Dijon CCI** three-day event in France, where he finished just outside the top 20.
Watson also finished sixth on her new novice ride Mighty Good Time, fourth at the Great Tew one-day event on his previous outing.
