ON June 21, Bromsgrove Art Club met for a demonstration by Derbyshire artist Carol Hill. She used wet in wet watercolour technique to create an impressionist landscape.
Carol is a qualified teacher in adult education and also organises workshops and demonstrations to art groups around the country. She currently exhibits at the Little London Gallery, at Holloway, Derbyshire. She has now won several art prizes including the Daler Rowney Prize at Patchings Farm Art Centre and first prize in The Society of Women Artists as the People Choice Award.
The club meets every third Tuesday at 7.45pm at The Red Cross Centre, Barnsley Hall Drive, Birmingham Road.
Guests are always welcome, admission £2 including refreshments.
