FIT townsfolk are needed to get on their bikes and raise cash for charity.
The annual North Worcestershire Bikeathon in aid of Leukaemia Research is taking place on September 11.
Last year the event attracted 500 cyclists who raised £30,000. The event is based at Mere Hall, Hanbury, and riders can choose from a ten or 28 miles route.
To enter it costs £4, £12 for families or £30 for a group of ten people and everyone gets a T-shirt and medal.
Application packs can be picked up from Baylis and Speeds in Bromsgrove, Droitwich Sports, Scotts Cycles in Rubery or by calling Nicole Harris on 01527 878493 or by emailing her on nicnoelharris@aol.com
The first group of ten to sign up for the fundraising event is the Dyer family from Showell Close, Droitwich Spa. Jo and Peter along with their children Tom, aged five, and Lucy, eight, will be joined by friends for the ten mile route.
