REDDITCH children had the chance to get gooey yesterday at the family launch of a new £90,000 crche funded by the Redditch SureStart project.
Children living at Smallwood Almshouses got to grips with jelly, spaghetti, water and playdough as part of a 'Messy Play' session at the Mount Street centre.
SureStart has funded the extension to the existing building so that resident parents can undertake training while their children are cared for in the same building.
