MANY motorists found themselves faced with a hefty fine at the weekend as a new clamping company drove into town.
The clamps were placed on vehicles parked at the top of Unicorn Hill by Midland Parking Contracts.
It was thought the clampers were called in by a taxi company which operates in the area.
