AS the season drew to a close, members relaxed and enjoyed the annual dinner. This year, the club was pleased to have as the main speaker national speech champion John Kemp, from Yardley Speakers Club.
He gave a delightful and moving speech - getting the audience to both laugh and cry.
The club now takes a break for the summer and meetings begin again on September 6 at the Quality Hotel.
