THE group won a shield for achievements at the Home Economics Rally, and examples of the exhibits were on show at the June meeting.
The next "crafty chat" afternoon will include a demonstration of decorating members' family scrap books.
More walks are planned for June.
Avril Pulley and her husband demonstrated sugar flower making. She trained at the Royal Worcester factory, making porcelain flowers, later using her skills to make flowers from sugar.
Mrs Pulley made a range of flowers, from a tiny lily of the valley, to big sprays of orchids. She had taken along examples of her art, including dummy wedding and anniversary cakes.
On July 12 at Wribbenhall community hall, Elaine Barbour will talk about the Fair Trade Movement, starting at 7.15pm.
