AN event hoping to revive the Worcester music scene kicks off tonight at a city club.
Four bands and a resident Indie music DJ will play at Evolution nightclub, in Lowesmoor, from 9pm until 2am.
"It's basically a full night of live local music, which we are starting monthly but maybe it will become weekly," said organiser Jamie May.
This evening's line up will include covers band Come Up and See Me, three-piece local group Volume One and another Worcestershire act, Velvet Wall.
Entry is £3 before 10pm and £4 afterwards. Bands wishing to play at the club should sends demo tapes to the club or call Jamie on 07931 300740.
