SAAB Salomon Mountain Mayhem, the biggest event in the mountain biking calendar, is coming to Eastnor this weekend.

From now until Sunday (June 26) Eastnor Castle's Deer Park, near Ledbury, will host the internationally renowned 24-hour race that attracts hundreds of champion mountain bikers, enthusiasts and amateurs plus spectators from all over the world.

Even if you're not a hardcore rider, you can enjoy the thrills and spills of the race, test drive the latest bikes from over 30 brands, watch trick riding displays, indulge in some retail therapy and more. Camping is free in the park until Sunday so you can make a short break of it.

You might even catch a glimpse of a special performance from the strings of the London Philharmonic Orchestra tomorrow (Saturday) evening.

The race kicks off at 2pm tomorrow (Saturday) after which riders have 24 hours to notch up as many laps of the 10-mile course as they can. Entrants are a mixture of amateur and professional racers, battling for a share of the £18,000 prize money.
