WORCESTERSHIRE'S automotive supply chain is being urged to show the world that it's still very much a global force by taking part in the sixth annual Accelerate Awards.
Component manufacturers from across the region have until the end of June to register their interest in the competition, which is designed to promote innovation, state-of-the-art manufacturing and sustainable growth.
The prestigious event due to be held at the Birmingham International Convention Centre on Thursday, October 6 will also celebrate the major advancements taking place in the sector.
"Our supply chain has shown a real hunger to succeed and embrace globalisation over the past 12 months and we have seen some remarkable achievements," said Rachel Eade, programme manager.
Companies must be nominated by either an automotive customer or supplier. Forms are available by calling 0121 607 1883. The closing date for nominations and full entries is Thursday June 30.
