AN announcement over Kidderminster Harriers' future has been delayed.

Aggborough Holdings, a consortium bidding to buy the club off majority shareholder Lionel Newton, were to hold a press conference today.

But it has been postponed following "further developments" over the weekend.

Instead, the men behind the group, current vice-chairman Barry Norgrove and retired businessman Neil Savery, intend to make an announcement later this week.

A statement said: "The club would like to apologise for the displeasure this is causing the fans, but it is hoped the future of the club may become clearer within the next week."
