A DRAMATIC shift in the weather will see thunder storms, flash floods and even hailstones batter Worcestershire this evening.
Worcester News weatherman Paul Damari warned that today's hot and oppressive conditions - around 26C and 79F - will give way to 'severe wind and rain'.
"We are likely to see severe thunder storms, one or two inches of rain, squally winds, large hailstones and flash-flooding this even-ing and in the early part of the night," he said.
"It will be quite nasty in some places," he warned.
However, muggy conditions will return overnight, with temperatures as high as 15C and 59F, and there will be drier weather tomorrow.
