FAIRFIELD Villa's new management team has already started rebuilding the squad with players from their old club.
Lee Shaw and Paul Oakes, who joined Villa from Midland Combination Division One rivals Northfield Town, have already started to pluck players from their old club.
Karl Dainty, James Burk and Darren Price are all set to start training at Villa in July.
Oakes and Shaw have already snapped up Inkberrow FC's top scorer Stuart Hall, who also plays for Mayfly in the Redditch and South Warwickshire Combination League Premier Division.
Shaw admitted that changes had to be made to the squad, which finished second from bottom last season.
He said: "You're not the best team in the league if you finish second from bottom, so changes had to be made.
"We know a few of these players and are aware of what they are capable of."
