THE draw has been made for rugby's North Midlands Shield and newly formed Vase knockout.
Pershore have been drawn away but won't find out their first round opponents until early January when Old Halesonians and Veseyans lock horns.
The winners will play host to the Piddle Parkers on or before February 25 and 26.
The new North Midlands Vase competition has been introduced for the 25 lowest ranked league clubs in the county and it's intended to narrow the gap in standard between participating clubs.
The first round draw has been regionalised and sees Evesham playing host to Upton-on-Severn and Bredon Star entertaining Grey-hound in two of the five South Group ties.
