A STOURPORT-based company that promotes equality of opportunity in the workplace has taken a leaf out of its own book.
Beacon Employment has installed a toilet that can be used by people with disabilities, in line with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.
Beacon tries to find alternative and innovative ways to encourage young people - mainly those with disabilities and difficulties - back into work, offering workshops, courses, qualifications and vocational training.
The Learning and Skills Council Herefordshire and Worcestershire supported Beacon's installation of the toilet.
