Gill Clarke reported on the annual meeting at the Royal Albert Hall, London.

An evening meal was enjoyed at The Plough Inn, Far Forest, on June 21.

In August there will be a trip to Stapeley Water Gardens, in Cheshire.

At the June meeting, John and Annette Christophers, from Albrighton Pottery, gave a talk and demonstration of clay modelling under the heading "Fun with Clay". Members were able to make a "biscuit" with their names on.

The competition for an item of pottery was won by Iris Twinn.

There were only three entries for the flower of the month: 1 Barbara Smith, 2 Heather Williams, 3 Stella Wilcox.

There is a change to the scheduled programme. On Tuesday, July 12 at 7.30pm in Cleobury Mortimer parish hall, there will be a talk on acupuncture.
