YOUNG Bidford firefighters were out with buckets of water and sponges to wash cars to help raise money for the Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The 17 members aged between 11 and 17 raised £480 in aid of the charity on Saturday, June 25 from 10am until 4pm by washing and cleaning vehicles at the Bramley Way station in Bidford
Fire instructor, Mike Franklin said: "This was an excellent effort given the weather and the crew would like thank those who supported the event."
