A SPONSORED head shave raised more than £500 for Hanley Swan Pre-School Play-group.
Adrian Bailey and Dave Churchill agreed to have their heads shaved by the children at the event on June 20.
Playgroup leader Rachael Matthews said: "It's so nice for some local guys to put something back into the village. They looked 40 when they came in and 20 when they left!"
The money will be used to buy some new toys for the Wednesday morning parent and toddler sessions.
