A change of venue is expected to attract scores of new competitors to the 53rd Mathon Horse and Dog Show.
The show will be held on Sunday (July 3) on a site almost opposite The Welling-ton Pub, near Chance's Pitch.
"The access will be better in this location," said committee member Alex Moyles. "It's just off the main road and means people won't have to trek down country roads."
Horse owners can compete in a range of dressage categories including show jumping and horse and hound challenge.
Showing categories, including best riding club horse, small breed and veteran horse, will be judged during the event.
A gymkhana and riding classes will also be open to visitors of all ages. Rosettes will be awarded by guest Felicity Finch, Ruth in The Archers.
Dog will compete from 2pm in categories including waggiest tail, fancy dress and best family pet.
Entries have already been flooding in via the show's new website, set by the committee's youngest member, Alex's 14-year-old sister Danielle.
"My sister and her friend set up the site, so people can get information and schedules from that," said Alex. "We've had a lots of entries and if the weather is nice on the day, it looks like it will be a good one."
The event begins at 9am. Admission is free and entries cost from £1.50 to £6, with proceeds going to charity.
