A HUGE sigh of relief came from me on reading your headline ''Wardens to hit the streets" (Advertiser, June 29).
At long last we have something positive to tackle community issues.
Last week, I had decided to put my home up for sale, unable to cope with the behaviour of youths around here, upset because I did not want to leave but feeling I had no choice.
Your story has given me fresh hope and I intend to delay my decision.
But please don't forget the other side of Redditch - Astwood Bank, Crabbs Cross, Headless Cross. We too need help as well as the town in tackling youth issues.
The wardens can't come soon enough and we must all help them.
No-one wants to spoil life for youths but they cannot be allowed to disrupt the lives of older folk to the extent they want to leave their homes.
