PICTURES playing on the idea of the ideal woman in her perfect world are part of the first solo photography exhibition staged by former Chase pupil Thea Baddiley.
The Lolapoloza Gallery in Oxford will display a series of her images in August, including a self-reflective exploration of childhood fantasy and adult reality.
"The images depict myself superimposed into a very life-like doll's house I've constructed since the age of three," she said.
Thea's portfolio, which will also be on show in the gallery, includes a variety of local hills scenes, which has been her interest for a number of years.
Still based in Malvern, she is entering her third year of a degree in photography at the London Institute of Arts and has future plans to go into the photography business.
"I've grown up with it as part of family life," she said.
Thea has already run collaborative shows but next month's Oxford exhibition will be her first independent show. It is sponsored by Malvern businesses Dominoes Pizza and Millennium Motors.
