MALVERN Samba Band is appealing for new players after a shortage of members forced it to cancel the majority of its summer programme.
The group, which has performed at festivities across the Malvern area, is hoping to recruit another 10 or 15 people to ensure that future bookings can be met.
Group leader Sam Ware said: "This is open to anyone who wants to give it a go, no previous experience necessary."
Anyone who want to can join the band, whose members wear orange costumes.
The group meets at West Malvern Village Hall on Thursdays at 8pm. Mr Ware is on STIGmail@aol. com.
