Specialist skip hire company, Blackpole recycling has been in the business of waste management and recycling for six years and in that time the family-run company has gained a reputation for a friendly and efficient service.
It also has an environmental record to be proud of.
Father and son team, David and Jonathan Dew set up the business in May 2000 with one skip lorry and 10 skips.
The company now has five skip lorries, 500 skips, employs 10 people and recycles 35,000 tonnes of material each year.
"Because we are the only skip hire company within the city boundaries that has its own sorting and recycling facilities, the people who use our skips can be assured that any rubbish that can be recycled, will be," said David Dew. "That's an important concern in today's fragile world."
Blackpole Recycling has been so successful that last year it expanded and bought the Droitwich-based skip company J A Slater Skip Hire.
Added Mr Dew: "We are proud of what we have achieved over the past six years and we look forward to continuing to provide the people and businesses of Worcester with a service that is first class."
Skips are available in a range of capacities from two cubic yards to 40 cubic yards and same day delivery is available.
Blackpole Recycling serves members of the public, industrial and commercial businesses and builders alike and it is open 7 am- 5 pm Monday to Friday and 7 am - 12 noon on Saturdays.
