Shrub Bargains Ltd. is a new venture started up by a couple of local enthusiasts, Chris Cooke and Athol Deakin, and is dedicated to selling shrubs and other garden items at very reasonable prices. The locally-based company, serving Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and south Birmingham, also takes orders by phone and its founders are happy to discuss your requirements and give advice at any time.
Chris and Athol aim to combine an excellent service with a quality product at the right price to the customer. They do not just sell shrubs but are responsive to seasonal interest like bedding plants and herbaceous stock, and do lines in other items such as oak half-barrels. They also sell mature specimens and hire them out for special occasions such as wedding receptions.
The launch of the company has been co-ordinated with the approval of a garden centre pitch at Avoncroft Museum of Buildings in Bromsgrove, with rural settings, ample parking and a huge variety of shrubs, bedding plants and flowers to choose from. The garden centre will be available from Tuesday to Friday each week, 10am until 4pm, until October.
Visit the new website at www.shrub-bargains.co.uk to make a selection and get information about an ever-expanding range of items.
