The Royal Oak is now celebrating its first successful year with the new owners, the Pigott family.
There have been major changes with a total refurbishment inside, but the reputation for excellent home-cooked food has continued to go from strength to strength. The pub is renowned for its fish, but the meat is also second to none as it is supplied by the family's own business, an established butchers' shop that ensures its produce is traceable right back to the farm.
The Royal Oak is also fortunate as large private parties of 50 or more can be accommodated in the conservatory area for special occasions. The restaurant overall seats over 100 people and is flexible enough to suit couples or large groups with ease.
If you haven't visited the Royal Oak for a while, pop in or make a reservation and experience the unbeatable value for money and friendly service. Don't forget Mother's Day on March 26 book now to avoid disappointment.
