DO you get the urge to jump on the dance floor when you hear Super Trooper? Then Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre has the show for you!
Voulez Vous - The Abba Story will be on for one night only at the Birmingham Theatre on Sunday, March 26.
Now in it's 13th year, Voulez Vous continues to entertain an ever-growing fan base. The show has an outstanding cast that truly thank Abba for the music.
The show is a slick, colourful and accurate celebration of the music of Swedish chart busters ABBA. New for the 2006 season, the Voulez Vous production will include narration and multi-screen projection - telling the story of Abba, from 'Waterloo' to the band's eventual split.
Abba's music is just as popular today as it was when they exploded onto the Eurovision Song Contest with Waterloo. With Madonna asking to sample the music from 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' for her latest top ten single 'Hung Up' a whole new generation of pop fans will be hearing and loving ABBA's music. This is only the second time Abba has allowed another artist to sample their music.
A special edition of ABBA's classic Greatest Hits album will also be released in April 2006, to celebrate the band's 30th Anniversary.
Tickets for Voulez Vous cost between £13 and £15 and can be bought by going to www.getlive.co.uk/birmingham, or by calling 0870 6077544.
