FASCIA Fascia is happy to announce that it has joined forces with local company Vision Windows, enabling the two firms to provide double the amount of expertise and experience.
As well as the uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering offered by Fascia Fascia, customers can also choose windows and conservatories from manufacturer and installer Vision Windows - "the complete package", as Fascia Fascia's founder Rob Edwards puts it.
Years of experience in the industry led Rob to set up his business, which he describes as a very customer-friendly company offering a personal approach. "I think it's very important in business to care for your customers and to make sure you see the installation through from start to finish," he explains. "Running my own company means that I can be involved at every stage, from offering the original quote and carrying out the survey, to completing or overseeing the installation."
Vision Windows' owner Alan Stevens, who also brings plenty of expertise to the venture, adds that the link between the two companies will be appreciated by discerning customers: "We are registered by FENSA, which is the highest industry benchmark and indicates our reliability and quality. As both firms already have an excellent reputation, customers will realise that a joint venture means even higher standards."
The two companies offer a range of extensive guarantees, and in addition to the excellent standards of workmanship, installations are carried out using the best products available - including the Marshall Tuflex gutter system, widely regarded as the best rainwater system on the market, and fascia products by Eurocell, one of the leading companies in Europe.
Rob, a Bromsgrove resident for 45 years, recognises the value of word-of-mouth recommendations within a small town community, and endeavours to understand the individual needs of local people and businesses. "Quality is the most important aspect - we pay the utmost attention to detail, guaranteeing 100 per cent customer satisfaction."
