It was a glittering occasion indeed when Mayor of Worcester Aubrey Tarbuck welcomed business leaders, family and friends, charity workers and no less than 10 mayors from around the region to his inaugural banquet at Worcester's Guildhall. Some people even travelled from as far away

as California just to be there. Meanwhile, Wychavon District Council was holding a sumptuous bash of its own at Droitwich's Chateau Impney Hotel...

The Worcester festivities, hosted by Mayor Aubrey Tarbuck, took place beneath the Guildhall's stunning gilded ceiling.
