NAIGHT CLUB: Next Tuesday will be the 20th anniversary of the opening of the centre by The Princess Royal and coffee and biscuits will be served to visitors between 10.30am and 11.30am. The club (formerly Centre for the Handicapped - North Cotswold) was opened in 1986 following a long campaign by local supporters to raise money to provide a purpose-built centre. Twenty years later it continues to thrive and provide free facilities and activities every Tuesday for people of all ages with any sort of physical impairment. However, as the present committee of trustees and volunteers gets older, new blood would be welcomed and drivers for the minibus-ambulance are also needed, one Tuesday a month from 8.30am to 10.30am and 2.30pm to 4pm. Contact chairman Sue Roberts on 822230 or Ray on 821075.
